Come journey with us as we are invited by Open Mind, Open Heart ever deeper into God’s loving embrace.
We will meet via Zoom, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, beginning on January 3 and continuing every Sunday through March 29.

During the week we will read a chapter from Open Mind, Open Heart. On Sundays we will meet in small groups to share insights and reflections regarding our own journey. Then we will reconvene as a whole group for broader sharing.
Participants are encouraged to prepare for each session by joining the Sunday 7:00-7:35 a.m. CT Centering Prayer session using the Zoom link on the MN CO website. We'll use the same link (also above) if you choose to join only at 8 AM.
We recommend using the special revised 20th Anniversary edition of Open Mind, Open Heart, available directly through Contemplative Outreach, or at Amazon.

The community of sisters at the Benedictine Center of St. Paul's Monastery have long supported Centering Prayer in Minnesota. Through programs and prayer, they have created a most sacred space that invites us all to a deeper relationship with the Divine.

Silent prayer in a Christian setting. The format includes simple chanting and two 20-minute sits with a walking meditation between. Anyone with a silent meditative or contemplative practice is welcome.
