Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshops
The Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshop provides basic instruction on the Four Guidelines of Centering Prayer. The 3-5 hour workshop is taught by Certified Presenters who are trained in the method of Centering Prayer and practice the prayer on a daily basis. Minnesota Contemplative Outreach seeks to bring the workshop to congregations and Christian communities throughout the area. If your congregation is interested in hosting an Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshop, please contact our coordinators (John Keller or Adam Gordon). Workshops listed on this page welcome anyone who is interested in learning Centering Prayer (you need not be a member of the hosting congregation/organization).
